Service Description
Formalize your arrival at The Forbidden Garden by reserving your specific check-in time. This ensures a smooth and personalized entry experience as you begin your stay with us. Please book a separate slot for each individual check-in date required. Once you have selected your date, go to Second Life Marketplace and purchase your package. If you would like to stay multiple nights, you must do this TWICE.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Select your preferred Check-In Date using the reservation calendar. Purchase your selected package through the Second Life Marketplace. Within 30 minutes, send the following to @TheForbiddenGarden.SL via Instagram DM: - Screenshot of your Marketplace purchase - Selected Check-In Date - Your Second Life UUID - Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from The Forbidden Garden via Instagram DM. Reservations are made using the Check-In Date only. The reservation calendar is opened in limited booking windows. New reservation dates are released at the discretion of The Forbidden Garden and are not guaranteed on a specific schedule. Payment Policy - Payment must be completed through the Second Life Marketplace. - Payment proof must be submitted within 30 minutes of selecting your reservation date. - Failure to submit payment within 30 minutes will result in the selected date being released back to the reservation calendar. A reservation is considered confirmed only after: - Marketplace payment has been verified. - Payment proof has been received. - A confirmation message has been sent through Instagram DM. Selecting a date alone does not guarantee a reservation. Reservation Changes - Please reserve only when you are confident in your travel plans. - Reservations cannot be changed once confirmed. - One (1) emergency reservation change may be granted at the sole discretion of The Forbidden Garden. Emergency change requests must be submitted through Instagram DM before the scheduled check-in date. - Additional changes will require a new reservation. Refund Policy - All Marketplace purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for: - Missed reservations - No-shows - Late arrivals - Failure to submit payment proof within the required timeframe - Scheduling conflicts after confirmation Guest Responsibility: - Converting Second Life Time (SLT) to their local time zone. - Arriving at the scheduled check-in time. - Providing the correct Second Life UUID. The Forbidden Garden reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation that: - Violates these booking policies. - Includes fraudulent or unverifiable payment information. - Is submitted with incomplete reservation information. Marketplace purchases remain valid if your selected date becomes unavailable before your reservation is confirmed. You will be offered another available reservation date.
